Shipping & Delivery
We ship by UPS.
Standard Shipping - Orders placed with Standard Shipping will arrive within 5 to 10 business days
2-3 Day Shipping - Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM PT will arrive within 2-3 business days. Orders placed with 2-3 Day Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 3 business days.  A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
Overnight Shipping - Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 12:30 PM PT will arrive on the next business day. Orders placed with Overnight Shipping Monday through Friday after 12:30 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will arrive within 2 business days. A surcharge will be added to the standard shipping for this service.
APO and FPO - Shipping to APO and FPO addresses is not available.
PO Boxes - Shipping to PO Boxes is not available.
International - Shipping to an International address is not available.

Privacy & Security
Your privacy as a Checkpoint customer is important to us. We collect only the information that is necessary to process your order and notify you of any changes to your order. We all have concerns about the security of financial information on the internet or anywhere else. If we weren't confident that your order and personal information could be handled safely, we wouldn't provide this service.

 We use SSL to encrypt our web pages. SSL is the leading standard for encrypting and transmitting sensitive data over the web. When you see 'https' rather than 'http' in your browser address window, you are exchanging encrypted data with our server. This will prevent outsiders from obtaining any credit card information or personal data as it is sent to our servers.

Any information you type in is encrypted. If you are using Internet Explorer, look for the padlock at the bottom of your browser. This lets you know that you are operating in a secure environment. If you use another browser (Safari, Opera, Firefox, Chrome, etc.), please make sure you know how your secure encryption iconography works.

All this means you can safely enter your credit card number and personal information without fear of having it intercepted by anyone. Credit card numbers are stored only on our internal database which is not connected to the internet and is secure.

In addition, we don’t share your information with anyone. We use it only to process your order and if you authorize us, to inform you of some things you might be interested in.

Returns & Replacements
Please call or e-mail Precision Designed Products to get a Return Authorization Number prior to sending any returns. Be sure to ship your return package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. All items that are shipped to you in the original manufacturer's packaging must be returned in the same packaging.  Once your return is received and processed, we will credit the card originally used or send you your requested exchange item. Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on outside of package. Please make returns within 10 days of recieving RA#. A copy of original purchase reciept must accompany return authorization. Please note that a 15% Restocking Fee may apply to any non-warranty return.

Shipping Damage:

Inspect your order carefully upon receipt. Any damage to your order during shipping must be reported immediately to the delivery service to make your claim. If you suspect a product has been damaged during shipping, DO NOT USE! Contact the delivery service or Checkpoint USA at 818-686-3466 for further information as soon as possible.

Ordering
When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

"The address you want to ship to

"Your preferred shipping method

"Your credit card type, number and expiration date

You can order products directly from our web site 24 hours/7 days a week. When placing your order, please make sure you provide your correct billing address for your credit card. If we do not have your credit card billing address your order will be delayed.

Warranty & Returns

Product Warranty: CheckPoint Products are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from date of original purchase. Damage to CheckPoint Products caused by accidents or other mishaps or damage caused by  incorrect use of tool is not covered. Proof of purchase with original receipt required for warranty service. CheckPoint and it's authorized dealers will have sole discretion in determining validity of all warranty claims.
